The Full Mission Profile Exercise (FMPX) Program, ISME will provide part-time support to the US Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC) and its subordinate units, from Marine Special Operations Team (MSOT) up to the Marine Raider Regiment (MRR) ensuring all CSOs, Intelligence IMINT/Geospatial Marines and others are trained to the highest standards of readiness prior to worldwide deployment in Joint Operating Environments. You will collaborate with active-duty Marines, Sailors and other service members internal and external to the organization. The FMPX, ISME will aid the FMPX contractor Staff Lead, Staff Operations Support, Staff Instructors and unit Operations and Training team in executing exercises and courses associated with the FMPX, TRXII, and JNAT Programs. ISMEs will take part in the Agile program management approach and the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate (ADDIE) instructional design model. Coordinate with the FMPX Staff Lead, other staff members and instructors to consistently support training and education program materials and methods with stated objectives, take part in reviews of exercise and course program elements and make recommendations and adjustments as applicable, will be taught as a Joint Network Analysis & Targeting Instructor (JNAT-I) in order to better support the customer requirements and work with the Quality Assurance designs to ensure that improved methods and processes follow published regulations. Specific Responsibilities
* Work closely with the FMPX Staff Lead, Staff Operations support, Staff Instructors and the unit Operations and Training leadership, course, operations and training chiefs, and internal analysts to build and improve the unit training program and activities specifically focused on the full range of intelligence MOSs.
* Participate in exercise, education and training events, using provided instructor and student materials, evaluations, and engage students using alternate learning methods.
* Execute, and assess student and staff exercise and training across the USMARSOC as required.
* Work with contractor Staff Instructors, Staff Support and to train target audience, develop exercises and integrate operations and intelligence functions to meet the specific training needs of MARSOC units.
Requirements * Past Performance in supporting and or collaborating with US Marine Special Operations Command, U.S. Marine Corps and other DoD services.
* Must have excellent written and oral communications skills. * Must possess self-motivation and a high level of discretion to work effectively.
* Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and have a strong attention for detail.
* Former Marine intelligence MOS SNCO, Officer or Warrant Officer executing MOS responsibilities in related field for a minimum of 8-12 years. * Work experience executing intel operations and training, instruction, assessments, and performance evaluation systems.
* Experience supporting MARSOC, Marine Corps or DoD Intelligence intel operations and training at the Battalion Level or higher is required, or at a formal DoD school in preferred.
* Experience supporting SOF operations and training is highly desired.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment * Garrison work environment including but not limited to: * occasional field/tactical environments * occasional extended working hours may be required * schedule: M-F 0700 to 1700 Travel * Domestic travel may be required for training and program coordination.
