SYSTEMS ANALYST -- SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED (REMOTE) WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

Occam Solutions is hiring for a Systems Analyst to work on a project for a client in Washington, DC. This is a remote opportunity with the possibility for onsite meetings as needed. The analyst will work under a track lead and other team members to support system requirements gathering and design activities for a custom development of a new system. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing requirements and design deliverables. Experience needed: * Preparing requirements and design deliverables. * Gathering and design activities for a custom development of a new system. * Working with a large team to reach completion of required tasks. * Analyzing Information Exchange Requirements (IER) for systems under test. * Understanding of data and messaging standards (e.g. VMF, DDS). * Traceability analysis. * Analyzing Test Incident Reports (TIR). Education: A bachelor's degree in an applicable field plus one full academic year of graduate education in the specialized field; or, a bachelor's degree in a specialized field plus 2 years of applicable experience; or, a bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 3 years of specialized experience.
