Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Secretary, Senior at Redstone Arsenal, in Huntsville, Alabama. This effort supports the Strategic Integrated Kinetic Effects ( STRIKE) Project Office (PO), which has been tasked to field the Long Range Hypersonic Weapon (LRHW) and Mid-Range Capability (MRC) Army weapon systems. ***Contingent upon contract award*** Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: * Provide technical expertise to briefings, meetings, working groups, core teams to include development and refinement of briefing materials and suggested responses to action items, as well as support to acquisition reviews and Configuration Steering Boards and planning activities for LRHW and MRC programs. * Provide technical input to the formulation of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to include recommendations on statements of work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), and Document Summary Lists (DSL). * Support and maintain the document repository containing all CDRLs system specifications, data requirements, and associated attachments. * Provide technical support for configuration management and data management activities within the STRIKE PO including support for internal databases involving GSE, munitions, software, and foreign nationals-relevant technical data. * Support configuration management audits including review and verification of drawings, parts lists and processes at contractor facilities. * Support the creation of and the processing of Change Requests (CR), Notice of Revisions (NORs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and Engineering Release Records (ERRs). * Provide Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) support including procurement action issues. * Perform administrative functions associated with a product office, duties may include, but are not limited to: resolution of routine matters and problems associated with the administrative and clerical work of the office; screen and respond to routine telephone calls/requests; refer calls, visitors and incoming correspondence to the appropriate person. * Prepare, review, edit and/or maintain documents and correspondence, assist in coordinating meetings and conferences, and assist in other administrative activities as needed.
