We are looking for L1/L2 Production Support - Unix / Oracle / SQL, Scripting
Full-Time, Direct-Hire or Contract
US - onsite at CA / India remote night shift

At Swirepay, we are looking to ramp up our novel, PCI and GDPR compliant Payment Gateway Swirepay, which serves over thousands of businesses including TANGEDCO, Symantec, and McAfee.
Your skills and experience should cover:
Minimum 5+ years working experience including 1 or 2 years experience in application development
Good to have 3+ years experience in banking/ Financial services will be an advantage
Knowledge and competence in Unix / Oracle / SQL, scripting, Java or Python programing
Strong in incident management and troubleshooting skills including log analysis.
Familiarly with ITIL V3 Foundation (Incident, Problem, Change)
Competency in communication skills both written and verbal
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Self-learner and independent
