BUSINESS ANALYST/SCRUM MASTER WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

Job Description Job Title: Business Analyst/Scrum Master Location: Pentagon (On-site) Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility Omni Federal is a small business focused on modern application development, cloud, and data analytics for the Federal government. Omni Federal designs, builds and operates data-rich applications leveraging advanced data modeling, machine learning and data visualization techniques to empower our customers to make better data-driven decisions. We are a seeking strong Business Analyst/Scrum Master to support Omni Federal's Army efforts. In this role you will work independently analyzing business systems needs working with various level of end-users, including government senior leaders, to create the logical specifications for software application systems that will provide a solution for the needs of moderate to complex business problems. Candidates must be passionate, energized, and excited to work on modern architectures and solve challenging problems for our clients. Required Skills Requirements : * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering/Business with seven (7) years of experience in information systems projects involving planning and performing complex studies and analyses of functional requirements and the derivation of automated processes that satisfy application requirements * Shall be certified IAT III, IAW DoDD 8140.01/DoDI 8570.01-M at the time of contract initiation/on-boarding (acceptable certs = CASP+ CE , CCNP Security , CISA , CISSP (or Associate) , GCED , GCIH , CCSP ). * Product Management experience in a software environment * Ability to analyze functional applications and design specifications * Ability to provide technical direction to engineers to ensure program milestones are met * Experience managing teams in true Agile environments
