One Step Forward ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team at our Lacey Township center. This is a center-based position offering full time or part time hours. • Maintain compliance with all BACB guidelines and ethical standards.

What You Bring (Requirements):

• Master’s degree and current BCBA certification.

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New Jersey.

• Experience in a BCBA capacity.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
