BCBA – Afternoon In-Home ABA Therapy

We’re looking for a BCBA to provide in-person, after-school supervision and behavioral therapy services in Margate City, NJ and surrounding areas. One Step Forward offers flexible part-time opportunities for clinicians who are passionate about guiding families and shaping progress for children with Autism.

Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and treatment plans
Train and supervise ABA Therapists
Monitor client progress and make program adjustments
Collaborate with families and ensure goal alignment
Maintain clinical documentation and data integrity

Requirements:
Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
Reliable transportation
Afternoon/evening availability
Experience in home or community ABA services
