Associate Analyst

Location:  Wilmington, DE

As an Associate Analyst, you’ll learn our businesses and develop strategic and analytical skills as you drive company growth and customer outcomes. You’ll get hands-on experience as you apply your talents, creativity, and passion to create innovative solutions to real-world business opportunities such as launching a new auto loan product, designing our digital engagement strategy, optimizing the workflows for our 5,000+ branch team members, or developing new tools to help our customers when they need it most. No matter the projects, you’ll have the opportunity to explore, while learning from experts in consumer lending in a close-knit team environment. In the Role:

  • Apply strategic thinking and analytic skills to solve complex, unstructured business problems.

Requirements:

  • Current Masters or Bachelor’s degree student with an expected graduation date between Winter 2024 and Spring 2025 in a technical discipline (examples:  Business, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Biostatistics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Data Analysis, Computer Science).  
  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics and concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Innovative and capable of developing creative solutions to complex, data-driven problems.
  • Proven experience (in an academic, athletic, volunteer, or employment context) working with teams of diverse individuals to deliver complex projects.

  • Successful candidates will possess strong analytic, strategic thinking, communications, and leadership skills.  
  • They will also demonstrate curiosity, creative problem solving, integrative business thinking, teamwork, and bias for action.
