Job Summary :

As a UX/UI Designer Developer at OneStaff Medical, you will be responsible for creating and implementing intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms.

NOTE: this is an in-office position, working out of our headquarters in Omaha, NE. Flex and/or work from home (WFH) schedules are optional, after an onboarding period.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design principles.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. 

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.).
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with development team and the stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket.
