This position is ideal for someone eager to contribute to security investigations, monitor our systems for potential threats, and assist in the day-to-day operational tasks that keep our global security function running smoothly.Security Monitoring: Actively monitor security alerts and events, using our suite of security tools to identify potential threats and respond to incidents as they arise.Investigations Support: Assist in security investigations by gathering and analyzing data, escalating issues to senior team members as necessary, and documenting findings.Operational Support: Provide hands-on support for the various security services and tools managed by the team, ensuring they are functioning optimally and addressing any issues that arise.Incident Response: Participate in incident response activities, following established procedures to contain and resolve security incidents.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of our security processes by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting new approaches or tools.Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including infrastructure and enterprise technology, to ensure our security measures align with broader business objectives and are effectively integrated into our operations.Who you are:Operational Focus: 1+ years of experience with operational support tasks, particularly in a security or IT environment.Security Enthusiast: A keen interest in cybersecurity, with a foundational understanding of security principles, threat landscapes, and common attack vectors.Investigative Mindset: Strong analytical skills with an ability to dig into data, identify patterns, and support security investigations with accurate and timely information.Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of security tools and technologies, including SIEM products, firewalls, and endpoint protection solutions.Effective Communicator: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly document incidents and work collaboratively with team members.Learning Oriented: Eagerness to learn and grow within the security field, staying updated on the latest threats and security best practices.What you’ll get:Work alongside best-in-class professionals from over 40 different countries.Performance based bonus structure that is unmatched anywhere in the industry.
