Optum WA, (formerly The Everett Clinic) is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Tacoma, Seattle, and Bellingham, WA. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.

The Role:



  • Outpatient: Primary Care including office consults, annual visits, follow up appointments and in office procedures.

  • 18 – 22 patients day on average with 25-min visits

  • Work life balance with flexible shifts- Full time, Part Time, and 4 Day work week options

  • Full range of population from pediatric- to geriatric-aged patients

  • Collaborate with incredible and collegial primary care team and staff

  • Ancillary Primary Care team may include: Social Work, Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, and Pharmacy

  • Light to No Call, depending on location.

  • Opportunities at locations in Tacoma, Seattle, Shoreline, Everett, Kirkland, Stanwood, Bellingham, and more.



Required Qualifications:



  • National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP or ability to obtain prior to employment

  • Unrestricted APRN licensure in Washington or ability to obtain prior to employment

  • Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment

  • A minimum of one year of Primary Care Nurse Practitioner experience



Washington Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Washington residents is $110,040 to $139,000.
