This role involves ensuring accurate and timely billing, processing payments, and maintaining customer records. This position will work closely with the Billing, Order Processing, and Finance teamsResponsibilities:Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies.Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.).Check data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill.Issue invoices and bills and send them to customers through various channels (mail, telephone, e-mail).Receive payments through various methods (cash, online payments etc.) and check for credibility.Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Qualifications:Associate Degree in Accounting or other related field; or High School Diploma with proven and successful experience as a billing clerk Working knowledge of laws and confidentiality compliance related to accountingProficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word and ExcelWorking knowledge of accounting softwareExcellent math abilitiesWHAT WE OFFER:Competitive Pay: We know your value and we're not afraid to pay for it.
