We are looking for a clinical therapist to provide quality individual, group and family therapy within the hospital program.

*Salary:*
* $50,000 (Base Salary commensurate with education/experience)
* $9,088.60 (Health Insurance - Medical, Dental, Vision; average portion paid by the hospital for employee only plan; actual amount will depend on dependents & other plan based considerations)
* $2,500 (401(k) 5% hospital contribution)
* $295.44 (Short-Term Disability)
* $432.00 (Life and A.D.D. Insurance)
* $3,442.50 (FICA paid by hospital)
* *$65, 758.54 (Minimum Total Compensation Package)*
Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Providing clinical evaluations, treatment planning and counseling services to youth and families.
* Completing the initial Biopsychosocial Assessment to identify individual needs.
* Providing individual therapy regularly throughout the patients' stay.
* Providing family counseling sessions, as appropriate.
* Providing group therapy sessions daily.
* Developing individualized treatment plans and updating as necessary.
* Working with team members and service providers to provide a comprehensive, coordinated system of care for each patient.
* Assisting with discharge planning and coordination of aftercare services.
Current WV Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (, LSW, LGSW, LCSW, LICSW) or other relevant licensure in the respective field required.
