We’ve boiled them down to one powerful acronym, GROW – growth mindset, respect for all, out-of-the-box thinking, and world-class execution. What you will be doingPrimary Responsibilities)Manage the delivery of project(s).Working with business, technology, and operations stakeholders to define and establish project objectives, scope, roadmap, milestones, and deliverables as applicable and aligned with the delivery strategy.Producing well-defined technical delivery plans that outline key project activities, their sequence, milestones, and delivery timelines.Manage project scope on an ongoing basis using documented change management techniques.Manage, motivate, and lead distributed teams in an onshore-offshore setup.Engage with the team/leads daily to proactively identify potential risks and put a mitigation plan in place for resolving the risks.
