  • Job Description

    Work with adult men with Correction issues, Mental Health issues and/or Substance Use issues. See that medications are dispensed at required times. Make sure that all residents are doing their weekly/daily chores. Qualified candidates must be compassionate, caring, ready to listen, and provide quality advice and instruction when needed. May be asked to lift heavy objects (if needed). Able to control tense situations and have good boundaries.

  • Responsibility(s)

    • Attend and participate in weekly staff meetings. • Completes rounds and logs information in logbook concerning activities noticed. • Provide regular and quality contact with residents to maintain trust, assist in crisis prevention, and to meet individual personal/spiritual needs. • See that residents are taking their medications (when on duty).
