*Position Description:*
The Manufacturer Administrative Assistant supports the Label Coordinator and Production Manager with administrative and clerical tasks.
*Position Duties:*
· Provide administrative to support to two department managers in a manufacturing environment
· Enter and maintain information into production software
· Process and complete forms accurately and timely
· Maintain and track inventory product
· Create and maintain Microsoft Word and Excel Documents
· Work cohesively and consult with departments within the organization as well as customers and vendors as needed
· Filing
· Other duties as assigned

· Experience in a manufacturing enviroment
· Must be a Team Player with Good Work Ethics
· Must be able to lift 70 lbs
· Proven Work History
· Excellent Attention to Details
· Working Knowledge of PC & Windows
· Ability to Prioritize and Multi-task with Efficiency
· Creative Problem Solving Skills
· Experience Working in a Fast Paced Environment with Little Supervision
· Ability to Work Under Pressure
· Must be able to pass a physical, drug screen, background and credit check.
