We’re looking for a skilled, detailâ€'driven Used Car Reconditioning Technician to help ensure every preâ€'owned vehicle on our lot meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and presentation.

What You’ll Do:
- Inspect incoming used vehicles for mechanical and cosmetic needs
- Perform reconditioning services including brakes, tires, suspension, fluids, filters, and general repairs
- Complete multiâ€'point inspections and document findings accurately
- Diagnose issues and recommend necessary repairs
- Prepare vehicles for retail sale to meet dealership and manufacturer standards
- Work closely with the Used Car Manager and Service Advisors to prioritize workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and with high attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous automotive reconditioning experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vehicles in process
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
