What You’ll Do:

• Inspect incoming used vehicles for mechanical and cosmetic needs
• Perform reconditioning services including brakes, tires, suspension, fluids, filters, and general repairs
• Complete multiâ€'point inspections and document findings accurately
• Diagnose issues and recommend necessary repairs
• Prepare vehicles for retail sale to meet dealership and manufacturer standards
• Work closely with the Used Car Manager and Service Advisors to prioritize workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and with high attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous automotive reconditioning experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vehicles in process
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
