In this role you will get to lead and manage a large Space Command & Control Ground program. The Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution System (FORGE) is a program that will utilize the resources and capabilities of both the legacy Space Based-Infrared System (SBIRS) and the Next Generation OPIR system. FORGE will use current ground architecture to leverage newer technologies, facilitate the addition of new systems, and incorporate these into a common C2 architecture that includes infrastructure, platform, and core services. What You'll Be Doing: * Lead a geographically dispersed team of Systems Engineers, Software Developers and operators
* Lead a 100M+ Space and Ground Integration program
* Lead a Full-scope solution delivery (i.e. not government support contractor)
* Manage cost, schedule, and risk performance and provide monthly program status
* Work closely with both customer and Parsons senior leaders
* Ensure Program collaboration with stakeholders and space vehicle vendors
* Provide strategic support for corporate space-based growth opportunities What Required Skills You'll Bring: * Bachelors in a STEM degree with 15+ years of experience in space and/or national security programs
* 10+ years of program management experience
* Experience with software development management in multi-level security environment
* Strong communication skills with experience interfacing with government clients in multiple locations
* Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI What Desired Skills You'll Bring: * PMP or equivalent certification
* Experience with Command and Control (C2) and OPIR
* Experience with system of systems engineering and integration
* Experience/knowledge working with USAF, Space Force, or IC space programs
