What You'll Be Doing: * Conduct Foundry Training execution at the JBLM Foundry Site:
* Conduct training and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
* Develop, organize, and conduct training and educational programs for approved personnel.
* Establish and review course content and objectives for a well-integrated and unified OSINT training program.
* Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
* Update course documentation on a regular basis for timeliness and relevance. What Required Skills You'll Bring: * Bachelors Degree & 2+ years of experience or Masters Degree
* TS/SCI Clearance
* Ability to plan, develop, and implement technical product training programs for customers, employees, and field support personnel, including standard repeatable modules, customized modules, and new product modules.
* Knowledge of customer and technical organizations, engineering, software, and product requirements to prepare training programs.
* Skills to prepare lesson plans and training materials; design product demonstrations; develop course content; determine methodology; and coordinate the development of training aids.
* Skills to conduct training sessions, conduct product demonstrations, and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
