Job Details for Financial Analyst:
- Full-time Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM
- Salary: $65k+ based upon experience
- Direct Hire opportunity with 401(k), Health, Dental, and Life Insurance Plans, Paid Time Off, and monthly bonus incentive plan.
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare, monitor, and report on budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Conduct cost analysis and develop cost models to support business decision-making.
- Perform variance analysis between actual, forecasted, and budgeted costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and improve operational efficiencies.
- Assist in month-end close processes, including journal entries and financial reporting.
- Provide support for pricing strategies, margin analysis, and profitability studies.
- Develop and maintain financial models for various business scenarios.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst with hands-on cost accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Proficient in financial modeling and working with large data sets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Timberline Sage, Oracle, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
