This client specializes in outdoor power equipment and retail sales, and they're looking for an experienced HR professional who can lead their human resources functions with a focus on employee engagement, policy development, and benefits administration.

Human Resources Manager Job Details:

  • Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm
  • Pay Rate: $70k - $80k
  • Direct Hire

Key Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and optimizing employee satisfaction.
  • Drive human engagement initiatives to maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor one direct report, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Human Resources Qualifications:
  • Proven HR experience, preferably in outdoor power equipment or retail sales environments.
  • SHRM certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) or equivalent LTE required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience with verifiable success in managing HR functions and driving results.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration and policy development.
