Responsibilities PeopleTec is currently seeking a Program Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location. Work with Business Analysts and Schedulers to produce, prepare and analyze spend plans/financial reports for monthly PMRs & weekly staff calls * Prepare briefings for the customer and prepare management reports as needed * Review, analyze, and update data to produce reports in support of assigned program(s) to include but not limited to Daily & Monthly Status of Funds (SOF) reports * The candidate will be required to create Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) via GFEBS in order to deliver funding to outside agencies. May be required to create WBSs and Lines of Accounting (LOAs) for upcoming fiscal year travel using the DoD Defense Travel System (DTS) & GFEBS * Other duties to include: facilitating support agreement coordination, tasker input and tracking, perform Risk Management Internal Controls (RMIC) duties, historical reporting, coordinate and update weekly staff call slides for Business Division Qualifications Required Skills/Experience : * Must have experience with utilization of Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) and Adobe Acrobat. * Program Financial Analysis (review data, make recommendations) to support PMRs and Financial/Status meetings with leadership * Contact vendors as well as other Government Agencies in order to provide funding for program requirements; work with customers to develop spend plans/meet funding deadlines * Audit Readiness - tracking/reporting at the project level * Must have a working knowledge of GFEBS and DTS * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Ability to prepare detailed written reports and briefings suitable for presentation to senior level military and corporate leadership, as well as present material orally * Demonstrated experience working individually as well as organizing and facilitating working groups in a team environment * Capable of conducting independent analyses, evaluation, and assessment of financials * Travel: 10% * Must be a U.S. Citizen * An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment Education Requirements : * Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience (Four additional years of experience in lieu of degree) Desired Skills : * Experience with GFEBS, PMRT, CCaR, DAR-Q and/or other Government financial systems
* 10+ years of business-related actions/duties for similar DoD Program Offices preferred
* Knowledge of DoD program planning and budgeting cycles and reporting requirements
* Knowledge of the DoD Acquisition process and procurement regulations
