Compensation

$22–$27/hour (based on experience and certification)

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings

• Implement individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA

• Collect session data and complete progress notes

• Collaborate with caregivers and supervisors

• Create a positive, engaging environment that promotes growth

? What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification (BACB)

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)

• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid within 30 days

• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license

• Passion for supporting children and families
