This role involves overseeing daily IT operations, implementing IT policies and procedures, and leading projects to improve our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to system management.What you can expectOversee and manage the day-to-day operations of IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications.Proactively identify and resolve potential IT related issues.Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to support business users effectively.Ensure the security and reliability of IT systems, addressing issues proactively to minimize downtime.Coordinate and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, patches, and new deployments.Monitor system performance and availability, responding to incidents and troubleshooting issues as they arise.Implement and maintain IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL.Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with security standards.Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of IT innovation.What you will bringBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in IT operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security.Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex IT projects.Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex IT issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency with monitoring and automation tools.Knowledge of compliance and security standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).What will set you apartRelevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP).Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.PGIM welcomes all applicants, even if you don't meet every requirement. The salary range for this role is from $145,000-$165,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
