Intelligence Analyst Trainers
Intelligence analyst trainers train individuals and small groups with various skill sets and intelligence backgrounds (all-source, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, intel exploitation, OSINT, etc.). Trainers shall introduce custom-built analytical tools and their application within targeting and analytic methodologies, including, but not limited to, F3EAD. Training requirements will include the development, evolution, and maintenance of internal and external programs of instruction covering analytic tools and methodologies, the coordination and compliance of annual community training requirements, and collaboration in identifying and facilitating training opportunities for organization personnel. Intelligence analyst trainers must proficiently use analytic systems, current tools, and databases.
The position of Intelligence Analyst Trainer – Expert shall possess the following qualifications:
• A minimum of six years of all-source intelligence and intelligence operations experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required, with four years at the operational level. Joint SOF experience is desirable.
• Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
• Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
• Sufficient experience in conducting training for individuals and small groups with a wide range of skill sets, capabilities, and intelligence backgrounds (all-source, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, intel exploitation, OSINT, etc.) to introduce custom-built analytical tools and their application to the F3EAD targeting methodology.
• Highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence-related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
• Must have advanced HVI and network targeting knowledge and operational experience, nodal analysis, and the ability to fully use the F3EAD targeting process.
• Must have strong briefing skills and above-average ability with Microsoft Office.
• The position requires a strong background and first-hand experience in the following analytical areas: regional analysis, geo-political analysis, GEOINT/HUMINT/SIGINT analysis, and collection management.
• Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.
