SIGINT Analyst
The Contractor shall have advanced SIGINT knowledge to identify and or confirm individuals, organizations, facilities, locations, trends, or patterns of interest associated with a high-value target or network of interest in a collaborative environment. The SIGINT Analysts shall coordinate SIGINT procedures with internal and external SIGINT activities to ensure the collection, dissemination, and precision geo-location activities adhere to guidance and appropriate directives. SIGINT Analysts shall have a high level of proficiency with NSA and other SIGINT analytical databases covering Dial Network Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) related technologies. They must demonstrate a working knowledge of the most current SIGINT systems, databases, and software tools. The position of SIGINT Analyst – Subject Matter Expert shall possess the following qualifications:
• Eight or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with five or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national-level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
• At least three years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.
• Superior proficiency and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
• Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
• Three or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
• Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications and current SIGINT-related databases to support analytical efforts and product development in support of operations.
• Proficient in using current intelligence-related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
• Strong briefing skills and capable of effectively directing and influencing SIGINT operations.
• Strong background and firsthand experience in SIGINT Analysis, SIGINT systems, tools, databases, reporting, and collection management.
