Description

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for analyzing pricing practices across all locations and recommending strategies to drive growth in revenue and profitability. Investigate competitor pricing and pair the internal analysis with market expectations to determine the ideal target price for products and services of the practice. Duties include providing thorough analytical breakdowns of pricing structure options and competitor approaches. Deliver reporting that evaluates the findings and recommends to leadership the best pricing strategies.


Essential Functions:

• Perform competitor analysis on similar products and services

• Identify opportunities based on market trends and industry condition 

• Identify ideal pricing structures by type of hospital (general practice, urgent care, emergency, specialty)

• Draft strategic pricing plans and processes to achieve company objectives 

• Create reports reflecting price, volume and mix metrics 

• Communicate findings effectively to relevant leaders

• Work with the operations and marketing team to define pricing structure for all hospitals 

• Address issues and concerns raised by team members relating to pricing suggestions 

• Other financial analysis work as assigned

Requirements


• 4-6 years of experience as a pricing analyst

• Bachelor’s Degree ideally in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience

• Analytical and research skills with a proficiency in reporting

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Effective reporting and presentation skills

• Enthusiastic and proactive team player 


This role is located in Middletown, CT with a hybrid work from home option 2 days per week

Salary Description
$70,000- $87,500 annually based on experience
