Works closely with the VP of Finance and Controller in finance, capital budgeting/fixed assets and cash management activities of the organization. Required SkillsThe ability to analyze financial data, develop meaningful financial reports for management, discuss financial matters with management, prepare written reports, calculate and interpret financial data, and analyze economic trends and conditions.Must be highly organized, have the ability to multi-task at all times and must have a strong technical accounting background, including ability to research and/or implement new accounting issues/pronouncements. Expected to be able to make recommendations to existing processes in order to improve efficiencies and strengthen internal controls.Strong communication and computer skillsExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPointRequired ExperienceRequired:Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in Accounting or Business Administration with an emphasis or major in AccountingCertified Public AccountantMinimum 5 years of hands-on accounting or auditing experiencePrevious experience as an accounting manager, supervisor, or senior accountant at a medium to large company Preferred:2-3 years major public accounting work experienceHospital or healthcare work experienceMinimum Salary$107,598.40Maximum Salary$177,548.80
