Pioneer Associate Seller

Associate Seller – Independent Agency Corteva Agriscience/Pioneer is seeking an Associate Seller in York, Nebraska. Full-service Pioneer agency is expanding sales force to promote Pioneer brand products, Granular Services and Corteva crop protection products.  Associate Seller is a direct sales position focusing on the promotion of Pioneer seed and Corteva crop protection products to an assigned pool of customers and prospects. Associate Seller is employed and compensated by Pioneer sales agency.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Marketing and selling a wide range of Pioneer brand products, Granular Services and Corteva crop protection products.Delivering products to customers and tracking supplyProviding full agronomic service to area farmersConducting and documenting service callsPractice business philosophy to give helpful management suggestions to our customers to assist them in making the greatest possible profit from our productsSupporting planting and harvesting agronomic product knowledge plotsComplying with all Pioneer policies and guidelinesQualificationsQualified candidates should have an interest in agriculture and the desire to help educate local growers the benefits of Pioneer brand products.   Strong relationship building skills, sales skills, and agronomic knowledge Knowledge of precision ag and cropping decision making software a plusExperience working with seed, fertilizer, and herbicides is preferredWilling to embrace new technology to enhance business efficiencyAble to quickly adapt to changing agricultural environmentCustomer service focused
