Requirements - Develop training materials and media for classroom and remote training sessions - Develop DL and Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) products - Expertise in COTS courseware development software such as Storyline and Captivate - Design and Develop courseware to support modern browsers - Create courseware incorporating 508 compliances - Create Storyboards IAW courseware design - Create courseware in compliance with SCORM 2004 3rd Ed - Capture and/or create 2D or 3D graphics for inclusion into IMI products - Convert audio and video into media for inclusion into IMI products - Advise staff on software and hardware solutions for IMI production - Review courseware for standardization and playability on Learning Management Systems - Other duties as assigned Mandatory Skills Requirements: - Secret clearance - Adobe Creative Cloud - Storyline - Customer service - Dependability, reliability, and responsibility - Minimum a High School Graduate or equivalent - Customer service Plateau does not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters without a signed third-party agreement.
