As the Director, Information Security, you will play a crucial role in leading security efforts for the Stanley brand, aligning them to the HAVI Enterprise Security program. This is a chance to scale Stanley's security programs and practices to protect our consumers and business partners during a time of rapid growth.What You Will DoDevelop and implement a security strategy that protects Stanley’s digital infrastructure, is right sized for our growing consumer business, and that is aligned with the HAVI Enterprise Security strategy.Build close relationships with Stanley leaders to proactively identify and address emerging threats and security trends across the organization. Partner with leaders and teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement in security process and practice.Create Stanley-wide risk management processes and controls to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks. Share policies and controls with employees at all levels through a wide range of awareness-building activities, trainings, and messaging.Develop security monitoring programs that are integrated into everyday work across Stanley. Create protocols and tools to quickly identify and mitigate risks and provide regular updates to Stanley and HAVI leadership.Lead and coordinate Stanley's response to security incidents. Create incident response plans and continuously improve them based on analysis of prior incidents and input from a broad range of stakeholders.Manage Stanley's cybersecurity team and align structure and practices with HAVI Enterprise Security.Monitor emerging security threats and trends and use these insights to educate Stanley leaders on the drive a culture of continuous improvement in security process and practice.About YouBroadly experienced security professional with wide knowledge of information security frameworks and global legal and regulatory requirements/standards. A strong communicator, equally comfortable working with technical and non-technical audiences. Possess a track record of being a strategic advisor to technologists, senior leaders and external business partners.Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Able to balance the opportunities and risks in a way that enhances results while not compromising on security.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Security or a related field.10+ years of experience in information technology with at least 7 years in an information security, compliance, or risk management role.Proven success in building security and/or risk management programs in complex, global retail, consumer product, or retail organizations.Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CGEIT are preferred.Stanley is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
