The MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT) effort provides leading edge Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) for the Air Force's Space and Missiles System Center. We support the Air Force's acquisition of state of the art Military Satellite Communications systems, providing global secure, survivable, and protected communications for our nation's warfighters. Responsibilities Lead working groups to develop MILSATCOM architectures and supporting documentation
Elicit and capture stakeholder needs in models
Develop and extend system models using existing requirements, interface documentation, and related design and systems engineering documents
Provide MBSE/Systems Modeling Language (SysML) expertise and related support to the entire systems engineering team
Work collaboratively in a digital engineering environment, integrating data from across systems engineering disciplines into a cohesive system model
Integrate models to modern requirements management, architecture, and systems engineering software Required Skills And Experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math, Science or a technical related field
4 or more years' experience in a systems engineering or digital engineering discipline
5 or more years' experience in MBSE tools (e.g. Sparx EA, Cameo, Rhapsody, Rational Software Architect)
1+ years' experience working with DoDAF, SysML, and MBSE
Demonstrated ability to develop system behavior, structure, data, and requirements models employing either Sparx, Cameo, or Rhapsody applications in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of systems engineering and integration activities, with special emphasis on space architecture development and communications infrastructures
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
You must be authorized to work in the US and able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance for this position Preferred Skills And Experience 1+ years' experience with DoD, in support of Acquisition, JCIDS, or Analysis of Alternatives processes
Experience in Modeling, Simulation and Analysis (MS&A)
Experience with Sparx EA
Subject matter expertise in SSC program support, especially in MILSATCOM (or other space-based systems)
INCOSE and OCSMP certifications
Secret Clearance or higher
