Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Role:
We’re seeking a skilled BCBA to oversee treatment plans, guide behavior technicians, and work closely with families to ensure client progress. Your expertise will play a key role in achieving measurable behavioral improvements.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct FBAs and design evidence-based BIPs.
• Supervise and mentor technicians to deliver high-quality services.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Partner with caregivers to align therapy goals with family needs.
• Ensure thorough documentation of services and outcomes.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA or a related discipline.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
