Position Summary: Command Cyber Solutions (a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualified Help Desk Senior System Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Help Desk. This will include leading in a large, complex help desk/system administration function. This position will require both system administration as well as help desk operations experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage a help desk that will receive request via phone, email and walk-in for: o GIS Services o CAD Services o Database Administration o Web Services o Data Analyst Services o Configuration Control • Enter requests into a ticket system, troubleshoot and resolve problem. • Requests shall be prioritized in accordance with the Computer Help Desk Response Prioritization Matrix (to be provided upon contract award), • Set requirements for notification, response time and completion time. • Contractor shall maintain request status, through completion, in Government provided tracking system. • Manage Help Desk personnel it the issue machines, track warranties, track their location and turn them in for disposal at the Installation Property. • The help desk will support for these remote databases in a non-DBA role to resolve problems. • The contractor shall respond to help requests from PW users and provide support within four (4) hours of the request.
