Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Manager:
- Own the Service Department including operations, performance, and people
- Lead and develop advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Drive profitability across labor, parts, and warranty
- Maximize technician productivity through smart scheduling and workflow
- Recruit, train, coach, and hold your team accountable every day
- Ensure consistent follow-ups to increase customer loyalty and CSI
- Ensure maintenance and repairs are performed correctly
- Keep a safe, organized, and professional shop environment
Requirements - Auto Dealership Service Manager:
- 3+ years managing a franchise automotive dealership service department is required
- Verifiable performance numbers: labor gross, CSI, hours per RO, ELR
- Experience in a high-volume, flat-rate environment
- Deep knowledge of OEM warranty and repair operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Urgency, follow-through, and accountability that elevates everyone around you
- Experience with high levels of customer and employee satisfaction and retention
- High character and professionalism are non-negotiable
- CDK experience preferred
