Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Manager:

• Own the Service Department including operations, performance, and people
• Lead and develop advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Drive profitability across labor, parts, and warranty
• Maximize technician productivity through smart scheduling and workflow
• Recruit, train, coach, and hold your team accountable every day
• Ensure consistent follow-ups to increase customer loyalty and CSI
• Ensure maintenance and repairs are performed correctly
• Keep a safe, organized, and professional shop environment

Requirements - Auto Dealership Service Manager:

• 3+ years managing a franchise automotive dealership service department is required
• Verifiable performance numbers: labor gross, CSI, hours per RO, ELR
• Experience in a high-volume, flat-rate environment
• Deep knowledge of OEM warranty and repair operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Urgency, follow-through, and accountability that elevates everyone around you
• Experience with high levels of customer and employee satisfaction and retention
• High character and professionalism are non-negotiable
• CDK experience preferred
