Experience expectations: LDRP required – Post-partum/well-baby, couplet care. Will need to feel comfortable with non-acute med-surge patients – L&D(90%)/MS(10%) float – If MS is busy, they’re expected to float to MS – Mainly L&D need. 100 births per year, 8-10 MS patients on average at a time
