Pay: $22.03 - $23.03 / hour

Plant location: Mississauga, ON

Schedule: Monday to Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out the cleaning and sanitizing of production lines and equipment while respecting hygiene and sanitation procedures (e.g. conveyor, filler, floors, etc.)
  • Perform housekeeping of production areas
  • Perform housekeeping of offices, washrooms and lunchrooms.
  • Ensure that all surfaces are clean for the start of production activities.
  • Maintain internal and external cleaning of warehouse.
  • Perform cleaning and sanitation of water storage tanks as per company standard.
  • Prepare products to carry out the cleaning of equipment, materials and structures
  • Clean all surfaces following the sanitation methods described by the company 
Qualifications:
  • Previous sanitation experience (an asset)
  • The ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision is a must in this demanding position where frequent deadlines must be met.
  • This position also requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
  • Mechanically inclined/skilled would be preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

 

Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
