Responsibilities - Service Advisor: 

• Guide customers through the automotive repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, greet customers, answer questions, offer specials and additional services, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied and more.
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
• Maintain high CSI (customer satisfaction index) score

Qualifications - Service Advisor:

• Required: Automotive Dealership Service Advisor experience 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Computer proficient
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Energetic, pleasant and conscientious
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
