An established and rapidly growing automotive group is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead operations at a high-volume import dealership in the South Atlanta market.

 

This is not a maintenance role this is a growth opportunity role.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead all fixed operations within the service department
  • Drive service revenue, profitability, and absorption
  • Coach and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
  • Establish efficient processes, workflows, and KPIs
  • Partner with executive leadership to execute growth strategy during ownership transition

 


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record as a Service Manager in a dealership environment (import brand experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Expertise in fixed ops financials, including gross profit, labor efficiency, and expense control
  • Experience in high-volume service operations
  • Familiarity with OEM standards and compliance
  • Track record of driving revenue, absorption, retention and CSI at a high level
  • Ability to hold advisors accountable and elevate technician production
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, ELR growth, workflow, and capacity management
