Key Responsibilities – Experienced Auto Service Manager:
- Oversee daily operations of the high-volume service department
- Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, CSI scores, and profitability
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and customer communication
- Collaborate with Parts and Sales departments to streamline service delivery
- Develop action plans to improve performance and increase customer loyalty and CSI
Qualifications - Experienced Auto Service Manager:
- Required: Proven experience in automotive dealership service management
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- ASE certifications is a plus
