Automotive Parts Management Experience Required
An established luxury automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead our busy Parts Department in the greater Greensboro area.
You’ll manage our fast-growing Parts Department with access to OEM and aftermarket parts. Work alongside an experienced service department team and enjoy the autonomy to implement best practices in inventory control, vendor management, and departmental profitability. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations of the parts department, including inventory control and ordering
- Manage relationships with vendors and manufacturers
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and parts data
- Ensure efficient communication between parts, service, and sales departments
- Lead and support a team of parts staff with professionalism and clarity
- Monitor stock levels to meet internal and customer demand without overstocking
- Keep the department organized, efficient, and customer-service focused
- Work closely with management to meet performance and budget goals
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dealership Parts Manager (or Assistant Manager ready to step up)
- Luxury / high-line experience preferred but not required
- Solid understanding of manufacturer parts systems and DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds, etc.)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- A calm, consistent, process-driven management style
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and have a safe driving record
- Must pass pre-employment screening
