A well-established, full-service automotive dealership in the Smithfield, NC area is seeking a proven BDC / Internet Manager to lead and grow our Business Development Center and digital sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and lead a high-performance BDC / appointment-setting team
- Manage internet, phone, and chat lead response processes
- Ensure fast, professional follow-up using proven scripts and templates
- Drive appointment volume for both sales and service departments
- Coach sales and service teams on digital communication best practices
- Monitor KPIs, appointment show rates, close rates, and CSI
- Make outbound calls to confirm and reschedule appointments
- Meet and exceed lead conversion and sales performance goals
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Automotive BDC and/or Internet Sales Management
- Other Automotive Sales or Dealership Management experience considered
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational ability
- Professional, ethical, and results-driven
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
