Previous Service Advisor Experience Required.

A well-established, high-volume automotive dealership in the greater Canonsburg / Pittsburgh area is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join its state-of-the-art Service Department. We are looking for an advisor who can confidently guide customers through the service process, explain repair needs and costs, and deliver an exceptional ownership experience. Experience in Automotive, RV, Powersports, or Marine service environments will be considered.

What we expect:

• Previous Service Advisor experience (automotive, RV, Powersports, or Marine)
• OR relevant experience in automotive sales or technician roles and a strong desire to transition
• Strong people skills - you know how to build rapport and keep customers coming back
• Organized, detail-oriented, and great under pressure
• Familiar with DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds, DealerTrack, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Someone who wants to stay long-term and be part of a stable, respected team
