A successful auto dealership in western TN is seeking an Office Manager, with auto dealership experience, to manage daily operations including administrative and accounting functions. 

 


Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage daily office operations, including administrative and accounting functions
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
  • Maintain accuracy in deal postings, schedules, and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with dealership, manufacturer, and state policies
  • Support department managers with inventory control, deal documentation, and reporting
  • Assist with month-end closing, general ledger entries, tax reports, and internal audits
  • Supervise and mentor office staff to maintain accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform other duties as requested.



Requirements:

 

  • Required: 2+ years of automotive dealership Office Management experience
  • Strong background in accounting including A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
