A successful auto dealership in western TN is seeking an Office Manager, with auto dealership experience, to manage daily operations including administrative and accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including administrative and accounting functions
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
- Maintain accuracy in deal postings, schedules, and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with dealership, manufacturer, and state policies
- Support department managers with inventory control, deal documentation, and reporting
- Assist with month-end closing, general ledger entries, tax reports, and internal audits
- Supervise and mentor office staff to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements:
- Required: 2+ years of automotive dealership Office Management experience
- Strong background in accounting including A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
