The Plate Mounter's responsibility is to ensure the plates are mounted to the customer's specifications. This starts with reading and interpreting the job sheets, selecting the print cylinders, cutting, trimming then mounting the plates to the cylinders. Once the job is printed, the responsibility is to retrieve used cylinders, demount and clean for the next job. In the course of our work at ProAmpac all employees are expected to work safely and adhere to all quality standards.
