Non-CDL Delivery Driver – Local Routes | Cincinnati, OH / Erlanger, KY

ProDrivers is now hiring experienced Non-CDL Delivery Drivers for immediate openings in the Cincinnati, OH and Erlanger, KY area. This is a great opportunity for drivers seeking steady, full-time work with consistent routes and competitive pay.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays
• Start time: 8:00 AM
• 8–10 hour shifts
• $23.50 per hour

Position Overview

In this role, you will complete local deliveries using a box truck while providing high-level, white glove service. This position requires attention to detail, professionalism with customers, and the ability to safely handle and deliver products in residential and business settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete local deliveries with a focus on customer service and care
• Perform curbside, front door, and inside deliveries
• Assist with loading when needed (driver helper available on select routes)
• Handle freight weighing 100 lbs. or more
• Perform light assembly on certain deliveries
• Operate lift gates, pallet jacks, and dollies safely and efficiently
• Manage touch freight on every route
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of box truck or straight truck driving experience within the past 5 years
• Prior delivery experience required, including white glove or final mile service
• Acceptable motor vehicle record and accident history
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card

Non CDL Truck Driver Qualifications:

• 12 Months Box Truck or Straight Truck Driving Experience in the last 5 years
• Delivery Experience Required (White Glove / Final Mile Delivery Experience)
• Acceptable MVR and Accident History
• Non CDL Truck Driver must have a current, or be able to obtain a DOT Physical (Medical Card)
