Non CDL Driver – Residential & Business Delivery (CDL / Truck Driver Opportunity)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Non CDL Driver to complete daily routes delivering to both residential and commercial customers. This role is ideal for a Truck Driver with professional driving experience and a safety-first mindset. While this is a Non CDL position, experience as a CDL operator is a plus. This Non CDL Driver role includes 8–12 stops per day, with some requiring light assembly such as attaching table legs, unboxing furniture, or placing appliances in the customer’s home or business. This is a hands-on position for a Non CDL Driver and Truck Driver who enjoys customer interaction and physical work.

Position Details (Non CDL Driver / Truck Driver)
- Load Type: Furniture, appliances, and various household items handled by a professional Truck Driver
- Freight Handling: Touch freight required; prior CDL freight experience is helpful
- Equipment: 26 ft box truck with lift gate, dolly, manual pallet jack operated by a trained Truck Driver
- Endorsements: None required for this Non CDL Driver role; CDL experience welcomed
- Start Time: 6:30 AM for the Non CDL Driver and Truck Driver
- Shift Length: Until route completion (typically 8–10 hours), similar to many CDL local routes
- Workdays: Monday–Saturday
- Hourly Pay: $22–$24/hour for qualified Non CDL Driver applicants and experienced Truck Driver candidates
- Pay Type: Hourly, competitive with entry-level CDL positions
- Minimum: 12 months verified box truck experience within the last 5 years as a Non CDL Driver or Truck Driver
- Previous CDL driving experience is considered an asset
Non CDL Driver and Truck Driver candidates must have:
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No more than 2 at-fault accidents
- A safety history comparable to CDL standards
- Prior moving experience
- White glove delivery experience preferred for any Non CDL Driver or CDL professional
- Real ID required for all Non CDL Driver hires and Truck Driver applicants
- This position offers steady work for those transitioning from CDL roles into local delivery
