Production associate

We are currently seeking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team on a temp-to-hire basis.

• Location: Auburn, WA
• Pay: $21.50
• Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime Available
• Day Shift: 4AM-230PM (Monday-Thursday)

Job Responsibilities

·        Assemble, move, package, and process windows and doors.

·        Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

·        Read and verify measurements accurately.

·        Follow all quality and safety standards.

·        Use proper lifting techniques and work collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

• Windows & doors experience — Must have previous experience in window and door manufacturing or assembly.
• Heavy lifting — Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently for the duration of the shift.
• Shift availability — Must be able to work 4 ten-hour shifts each week.
• Mandatory overtime — Required to work mandatory Fridays and Saturdays during peak weeks.
• Work environment — Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Attendance & reliability — Strong attendance and dependability required.
• Teamwork — Ability to work collaboratively with production teams.
• Safety compliance — Must follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE.
