  • Manage repair orders from check-in through delivery
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and customers
  • Help maintain strong average repair order performance
  • Support customer retention and long-term business growth
  • Utilize shop management, digital inspection, and customer communication software daily

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 6 years of customer service experience
  • Proven Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to educate customers and close recommended services
  • Track record of maintaining strong average repair order performance
  • Organized, professional, and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

This is a busy, well-equipped automotive repair facility featuring:

  • 10 service bays
  • 10 lifts, including an alignment rack
  • Approximately 60-75 vehicles serviced weekly
  • Average repair orders of $750-$800
  • 4.8-star customer rating
  • Tekmetric Shop Management System for workflow management, repair orders, and customer invoicing
  • Tekmetric Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
  • Steer CRM for customer relationship management
