Compensation

$80,000–$110,000+ Per Year

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be trusted to independently handle:

• Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics
• No-start and intermittent issue diagnosis
• Engine performance and repair
• Steering and suspension diagnostics
• Brake and safety system repairs
• Full vehicle inspections
• Accurate repair recommendations
• Occasional mentoring/support for junior technicians

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes ownership of their work, and wants to be recognized for their skill level.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to consistently produce quality work
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Preferred

• VA State Inspection License
• ASE Certifications
